ACCOUNT DETAILS
I forgot my password, how do I log in?
  1. Click on the login button
  2. Click forgot password and enter your email address
  3. You will receive an email including the link to reset your password
  4. Set up your password new password and you’ll be able to log in
How to update my account information?
  1. Once you're logged in to your account
  2. Go to Profile Tab
  3. Update your information and click Save
I'm not receiving emails from Profitree 
Please check your spam folders if you're not receiving our emails. Please contact us if you continue to have issues getting emails.

ORDERS & BILLING
How do I confirm my order has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an Order Receipt, if you don’t receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Profitree Gift Card.

How do I get a tracking number from my shipped products?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains tracking information. 

I just placed an order now and I need to change or cancel it
Please contact us immediately at 305-200-9311 or [email protected] (Mon- Fri, 9 am- 5 pm EST). If the order has not yet shipped, we will do everything possible to cancel or update it before it leaves the warehouse. If the order ships before we are contacted or able to retrieve it, we will be unable to make changes to the order or its delivery address.

SHIPPING
Where do you offer to ship?
Profitree ships within the United States only.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Classic shipping for orders below $49 is $6.95.

RETURNS
Can I return my product?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may send it back. All items must be returned within 60 days from shipment in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear. All returns must include the item(s), return label, and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, the processing time will be severely delayed.
