End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using "Universal" ("Application").

By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.


SPS and MYBMR grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.


You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.

Reward points refund policy 

Once reward points are redeemed they cannot be refunded.

Compliance with privacy laws

SPS, MyBMR will only process Customer Data and Personal Information on behalf of, and as Service Provider of, the Customer, and not collect, retain, use, or disclose that data for any purpose other than to perform the SPS, MyBMR’s obligations under this Agreement, as permitted under CCPA and other applicable privacy and data protection laws (collectively, “Privacy Laws”). In no event will SPS, MyBMR “sell” (as defined by Privacy Laws) any such personal information.
SPS, MyBMR will not collect, use, retain, disclose, sell, or otherwise make Customer Data or Personal Information available for SPS, MyBMR's own commercial purposes or in a way that does not comply with the CCPA or other Privacy Laws.
SPS, MyBMR  will limit personal information collection, use, retention, and disclosure to activities reasonably necessary and proportionate to provide the Services set forth in the Agreement or another compatible operational purpose.

Data subject rights - assistance with requests

SPS, MyBMR will reasonably cooperate and assist Customer with meeting Customer's CCPA and Privacy Law compliance obligations and respond to CCPA-related inquiries, including responding to verifiable consumer requests, taking into account, the nature of SPS, MyBMR's processing, and the information available to SPS, MyBMR. SPS, MyBMR will make available to Customer, in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Service and SPS, MyBMR’s role as a Service Provider of Personal Information of data subjects, the ability to fulfill data subject requests to exercise their rights under Privacy Laws.
If SPS, MyBMR receives a request from Customer’s data subject to exercise one or more of its rights under Privacy Laws in connection with the Services, SPS, MyBMR will redirect the data subject to make its request directly to Customer. Customer will be responsible for responding to any such request including, where possible, by using the functionality of the Services. SPS, MyBMR shall comply with reasonable requests by Customer to assist with Customer’s response to such a data subject request.
SPS, MyBMR must notify the Customer immediately if it receives any complaint, notice, or communication that directly or indirectly relates either party's compliance with Privacy Laws relating to provisioning of the Services.

Modifications to Application

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information.


SPS, MYBMR; reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or SPS or MYBMR

SPS and MYBMR may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from SPS or MYBMR in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.


If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to this Agreement

SPS or MYBMR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 3 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
