RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will be happy to return or exchange the product within 14 days from the day of the purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit if you are unhappy with your purchase.
To make a return: A RMA # is required to attach to your return request, please contact us via email atĀ [email protected]. Return/exchange product must be unused, in original package and without any damages.
RMA# will not be issued after the 14 days period. Once the RMA is provided please ship the item/items within 14 days and email us a tracking number as confirmation that the item/items have been shipped. The credit will be issues with 14 days after the merchandise has been received in its original packaging without any damages. Damaged returned items will not be credited.
