To make a return: A RMA # is required to attach to your return request, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Return/exchange product must be unused, in original package and without any damages.RMA# will not be issued after the 14 days period. Once the RMA is provided please ship the item/items within 14 days and email us a tracking number as confirmation that the item/items have been shipped. The credit will be issues with 14 days after the merchandise has been received in its original packaging without any damages.
